The step-up transformer provides high voltage to the magnetron through the oscillation circuit to control the output power of the magnetron.
3. Time control part, including two time controls: preheating time control and working time control.
1. Preheating time control circuit: The preheating time is about 3~5 minutes, and the control circuit is mainly composed of a "555" time base circuit. Control the 6V relay on the primary side of the step-up transformer that provides high voltage to the magnetron to achieve the purpose of no high voltage or microwave output during preheating.
2. The working time can be controlled from 0 to 99 minutes. When the preset time is reached, an alarm will be issued and needs to be manually reset. This circuit is completed by an integrated time controller.
4. Other circuits, including power adjustment, power upper limit control, working mode control and power display.
1. The power adjustment circuit is mainly composed of a multi-turn potentiometer and a Schmitt trigger. By changing the potentiometer to control the frequency of the oscillating output of the Schmitt trigger, thereby controlling the triggering thyristor;
2. In the power limit control circuit, the power limit signal is taken from the operational amplifier. During continuous operation, when the output power reaches the upper limit of 150W, the upper limit circuit triggers two 6V relays on the primary side of the step-up transformer, and the step-up transformer provides high voltage to the magnetron through the transistor to achieve high power and no microwave output. At this time, manual reset is required.
3. Working mode control: Use a micro-switch to select continuous operation or use a foot switch to control operation.
